Notice of Annual Meeting

September 5, 2024

The Rock House Cove POA Annual Meeting will be held on October 19, 2024 at 10:00AM at the Crabtree-Ironduff VFD Community Building (99 Susie Noland Road, Clyde, NC 29721).

Please note the enclosed Proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting please return your signed Proxy to the PO Box listed above or give it to a POA member of your choosing. 

DeeDee Schmeisser will complete her term on the board at this meeting. In addition, due to Nancy Sypert resigning her position, two nominees are needed to fill the open board positions. If you are interested in serving on the board or in nominating a property owner to fill a position, email any board member prior to the meeting. You may also make a nomination in person at the annual meeting. 

Included in this mailing:

• A summary budget spreadsheet including past income and expenses as well as projected expenses for the upcoming year. 
• Your Proxy 

Important Reminders:

• The annual fee for any lot must be paid in full prior to the start of the Annual Meeting for that lot’s voting rights to be valid.
• All Proxies must be delivered to the POA Secretary at the start of the Annual Meeting and must be properly executed to be valid.
• Members are expected to be respectful of others. The meeting is held in the general conformance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
